Lilliputian Hunters Sugar-glider designs
My friends started a small animal critter version of DnD. It is really cute and I was asked to help with the designs of the "race": Sugar-gliders. Or as I lovingly call them Sugars.
We had few tests with the initial designs of the silhouette value of creatures that naturally have thick flaps made for gliding. It was interesting still being able to play with the shapes. I still feel more solid/basic shapes do best but I am working on strengthening these ideas.
Headshots were made next to give more thought to personality and to add a spicy background. In this world these Lilliputians live alongside the normal critters but are distinctly more sapient. But theses Sugars were captured and bred as pets. They finally escaped their internment but all the different family's one bear the four marks of card decks as a result. So these are a fun and also making shady Sugars brought me such joy.
These are the sisters three (once four) and they are all assassins, because what DnD game does not have an assassins guild? I wanted to show that each are different yet capable.

My father daughter duo! Eros and Amedee. The father is a blacksmith and the daughter is a lancer.
